i. Goal 1- Reading
1. Goal Progress Measures: The percentage of students in grade 10 reading on grade level or above will increase from 3% in August on 2023 to 50% in August 2028.
2. 1.1- The percentage of 9th and 10th grade students at or above benchmark on Star interim Reading assessments will increase from 6% in June 2023 to 50% in June 2028.
3. 1.2- The percentage of 9-10th graders proficient as measured by Read 180 data will increase from 15% in June 2023 to 50% in June 2028.
ii. Goal 2- Math
1. Goal Progress Measures: The percentage of students in grade 10 mathematics on grade level or above will increase from 3% in August on 2023 to 30% in August 2028.
2. 2.1-The percentage of 10th grade students at or above benchmark on Star interim Math assessments will increase from 35% in June 2023 to 60% in June 2028.

DISTRICT NO. 30
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Fort Totten School District #30 that on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, the annual election will be held for the purpose of electing two members to the school board for a three-year term each.
Deborah LaVallie, Jerrica Guy, and ReNa Lohnes have filed to be on the ballot.
Polls will be open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Alternative/CTE Building, 7268 Highway 57 Fort Totten, North Dakota.
If auxiliary aids are required to vote contact Christina Anderson at (701)766-1438 by 3:30 p.m. June 9, 2024 prior to the election.
Absentee Ballots may be obtained at the District Business Office during regular business hours, online at www.vip.sos.nd.gov/absentee, or at the Benson County Auditors Office. Absentee ballots must be in the business office by June 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or postmarked June 11, 2024.
