a. Goal 1- Reading: The percentage of students in grade 10 reading on grade level or above will increase from 3% in August 2023 to 10% in 2024, 20% in 2025, 30% in 2026, 40% in 2027, 50% in 2028
b. Goal Progress Measure 1.1- The percentage of 9th and 10th grade students at or above benchmark on Star interim Reading assessments will increase from 6% in June 2023 to 18% in 2024, 26% 2025, 35% 2026, 43% in 2027, 50% in June 2028.
c. Goal Progress Measure 1.2- The percentage of 9-10th graders proficient as measured by Read 180 data will increase from 15% in June 2023 to 24% in 2024, 33% in 2025, 41% in 2026, 46% in 2027, 50% in 2028.
