Goal Progress Measures: The percentage of students in grade 10 reading on grade level or above will increase from 3% in August on 2023 to 50% in August 2028. 2. 1.1- The percentage of 9th and 10th grade students at or above benchmark on Star interim Reading assessments will increase from 6% in June 2023 to 50% in June 2028. 3. 1.2- The percentage of 9-10th graders proficient as measured by Read 180 data will increase from 15% in June 2023 to 50% in June 2028. ii. Goal 2- Math 1.
