1. 3.1 The percentage of students exiting 9th grade with a 4 year rolling plan will increase form 13% in June 2023 to 85% in June 2028.
2. 3.2 The percentage of students Military Ready and measured by ASVAB will increase from 11% in June 2023 to 50% in June 2028.
